Split Haus

Currently under construction, this inter-terrace home is conceived as a refined balance of contemporary elegance, warmth, and privacy. The façade is composed of clean, geometric volumes softened by gentle curves and articulated with finely detailed vertical fins, which provide sun shading while creating a subtle sense of layered depth. Warm timber accents at the soffit and front gate introduce a tactile contrast to the cool, contemporary palette, welcoming visitors through a thoughtfully composed entry sequence.

Within, the home unfolds through staggered volumes that open sightlines across floors, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the plan and fostering a dynamic sense of connection between spaces. This orchestration of openness not only enhances visual flow but also creates moments of interaction between zones that might otherwise feel separate.

Interiors are designed for comfort, adaptability, and functional flow, with natural ventilation carefully considered throughout. At the heart of the home, a sculptural tree anchors the space, basking in golden light streaming from a skylight above—a poetic centerpiece that reinforces the dialogue between architecture and nature.
